At the CIMA Educational Conference we will be having two vendor nights. These
nights typically start after dinner, around 7:00pm and end around 9:00 pm. CIMA,
as well as some vendors, provide door prizes that are given out during vendor
nights. Direct dollar sponsorship is required to participate in the vendor nights.
There are two levels of financial sponsorship this year:

The DIAMOND sponsorship for $3,000. For this contribution, sponsors are guaranteed a speaking session* during the conference, increased logo exposure,
two premium located tables are provided in the separate vendor room for displaying products. These sponsors are provided full conference passes, which includes all meals and breaks and attendee gifts for three people. Additional attendees must
pay a $300 registration fee and register as a vendor attendee. 
 
* Vendors sponsoring at this level who wish to have a speaker at the conference MUST submit a speaker proposal under the Call for Speakers online system when submissions are being accepted.

The PLATINUM sponsorship for $2,000. For this contribution, two premium located tables, are provided in the separate vendor room for displaying products. These sponsors are provided full conference passes, which includes all meals and breaks and attendee gifts for three people. Additional attendees must pay a $300
registration fee and register as a vendor attendee. 
 

The GOLD sponsorship for $1,500. For this contribution, one table is provided in the separate vendor room for displaying products. These sponsors are provided a full conference pass, which includes all meals and breaks and attendee gifts for one person. Additional attendees must pay a $300 registration fee and register as a
vendor attendee.

REGISTRATION NOTE: Due to space limitations, Platinum sponsors registering
after October 1, 2011 are NOT guaranteed two tables, or premium locations in the vendor room.

Vendor Attendee for $300. No tables (or vendor display forum) are provided for this level of individual attendance. Note however that individual vendor attendees may be registering in addition to Platinum or Gold sponsor attendees and as such may be assigned a table through that sponsorship. These vendors are provided a full conference pass, which includes all meals and breaks and attendee gifts for one person.

Hotel rooms are not included. The vendor must make separate reservations directly with the hotel.
